This is not my first time working with website developer; Project Manager Tien Yin was very professional, always polite, and patient in listening and explaining. They provide online meetings to discuss whenever needed, which I think is very thoughtful. Their support team is super efficient too, which kinda impressed me; they will make sure to solve your issues asap. The only downside to giving it 5 stars is that only 1 time I dealt with the support team, they tend to give me easy solutions instead of the best solutions. Said couldn't do until i gave them 1 2 3 possible solutions that i saw on other websites.But other than that, the overall experience with Jumix was very satisfying. The design and smoothness of the website are very 👌Will definitely take Jumix into consideration when we need another website for our project! 👍 "
