As Managing Director of JUMP, Rob combines strategic thinking with decades of experience across design, development and business. Hes most energised when helping organisations cut through the noise, clarify their message, and bring ambitious ideas to life.

Andy joined JUMP in 2015 and is responsible for the creative direction of all work. Andy applies high levels of technical knowledge and expertise, working with clients to create bespoke graphic design, brand communications, marketing and web-based solutions that offer a great user experience.

Kris(tian) is one of the original employees at JUMP, having been a Developer working with Rob Brown for many years. Kris is passionate about developing and improving the JUMP team, improving efficiencies in process and delivery, and enjoying working with the best colleagues in the game.

Kasey started at JUMP in 2022 when JUMP decided to grow services and create a focused marketing team to support clients. One of her favourite parts about marketing is the combination of creativity and analytical aspects.

Philip joined JUMP in 2017 and quickly became a core member of the Development team. In 2020, Philip's leadership skills were recognised, and he was promoted to Lead Developer. His expertise spans design and development, having built websites, applications, and even educational games.

Joining JUMP as a Developer in 2015, Jonathan embraced the learning opportunities in a collaborative and engaging environment, growing his skills across various projects. Leveraging his experience, he took on a Digital Project Manager role in 2024.

Laura has been a part of JUMP since 2021. At JUMP, Lauras role is to embrace new projects and find the best creative solutions. This involves extensive research, sketching and collaboration with the different teams at JUMP to produce new and innovative designs for brands, campaigns and websites.

Hannah started her design career as a Junior Graphic Designer at JUMP, straight out of university, back in the summer of 2016. Hannah is now a Senior Designer at JUMP. At JUMP, Hannah is responsible for overseeing various projects and as part of the design team.

Kaitlyn enjoys working with a wide range of clients and supports the team with idea generation, strategy, ads, and content creation. She believes the most rewarding part of marketing is seeing her campaigns and ideas come to life in the real world.

Since January 2016, Chris has been an integral part of the team at JUMP, fulfilling the role of a Developer. In the realm of development, Chris finds joy in the creative process of building and refining digital projects, striving for excellence with each endeavour.

Currently, Paul works as part of JUMPs Development team with over ten years of experience in the role. Seeing the many changes that have come to the development world and to JUMP itself in that time has given him a unique perspective on the past decade of JUMPs work and the industry we all love.

Joe joined JUMP in 2025 as an addition to the development team, Joe brings a unique blend of passion for design as well as knowledge in the digital space. What Joe loves the most about programming is the balance between creativity and problem solving.

Luis joined the JUMP team in 2021 as a Graphic Designer. Embracing the dynamic nature of his role, he finds joy in the freedom of creativity, where every idea sparks endless possibilities. Luis is always looking to enhance his creative thinking and delve deeper into his passion for motion graphics.

Mya entered the creative industry as a Designer at JUMP in 2025. Her favourite part of design is creating a wow factor, not only at first glance but also when people take a second look and notice the finer details, followed by hearing wow, thats clever.

Chloes design experience spans hospitality, charity organisations, utilities and the education sector, her favourite projects being branding and campaign design. She focuses on developing her illustration skills and weaving them into the variety of projects that come through the studio.
