As an employee, I expected professionalism and respect — instead, I found a culture full of judgment, gossip, and zero accountability.Most of the male employees don’t focus on work — instead, they spend their time judging the character of female colleagues or gossiping about them behind their backs. It’s not just inappropriate — it’s disturbing. This behavior is normalized across teams, making it a deeply uncomfortable space for women.When these issues are highlighted to HR, they either laugh it off or ignore them completely. And shockingly, even the female CEO indulges in gossip about her own female employees, instead of setting a standard for dignity and respect.There is no seriousness about building a healthy work culture, no proper action taken on complaints, and no safe space for employees to raise concerns.If you're a professional — especially a woman — looking for a respectful and growth-oriented workplace, Kriyan Infotech is not where you’ll find it.
