It is very difficult to work with their integration team. They need people that are smarter. We have been using them for years, and every time we need to make an adjustment to the script integration, it turns into a nightmare. Something I can do in less than 30 minutes turns into 4-12 days of them making mistakes and misunderstanding things. There regular team that makes small adjustment not involving the integration are great. If you need integrations into your CRM it is probably best to find another company. Lex Reception caused me to miss out on thousands of dollars. They did not transfer calls from any potential new clients. I never told them to do this. They took it upon themselves to do this. Moreover, they didn’t so much as offer me a credit. I wish I could give them zero stars.The response to this review lacks accountability. I never informed a rep to set up my account the way it was set up. So my initial set up was done incorrectly. I don’t know one attorney who would want the calls from potential new clients to not to be transferred to their firm. The person responsible called me with misinformation telling you all were still receiving calls when you were not. I had to correct her because she was still confused.
