Lone Fir Creative reviewFor some reason, LFC has been able to remove my past review which detailed quite clearly a personal experience. Do they get all their bad reviews removed? I guess we'll see how long this one stays.Having hired LFC to convert a simple marketing/sales funnel into a CRM process, I am left with no product and no support, with nothing to show for the large sums of money put into the project. The sales team was sure to sell me on what they could do, claiming that developing CRM solutions based in Hubspot was a core competency of theirs, but when it came down to creating process workflows and creating the product, it was quite clear that after 4 instances of "Ok, we are done. Can you let us know if the product works," they were actually unable to execute any QC on their own development. Submission of the base form led to error messages, which showed quite clearly that they didn't even submit a single test run through their product. Evaluation of the workflows showed leads falling into dead-end logic chains, properties incorrectly set after actions, etc. Asking to fix always resulted in "Oops, sorry about that. We have corrected it." only to break something else, which they never found but that I had to find in a QC evaluation myself. A true nightmare. Towards the end, it became clear that sales sold a product that LFC couldn't deliver, the project manager was interested in closing the project wether the core elements were there or not, and the technical developer didn't have the skill set to develop the code required. A total waste of time and money. The one positive here is that they may be able to improve your marketing, as they have been successful in removing bad reviews from platforms, despite the fact that the reviews are from true and valid customers detailing clearly how the experience went. After receiving a bad review, they also refused to fulfill the signed contractual obligations - a legal issue potentially worth pursing. Good luck to them and the readers here. Having seen my highly detailed review get removed once, I'll be sure to check back to make sure the honest review here stays. "
