We signed a contract with Loova Studio (Lenka Loová) on April 30, 2025, for full branding delivery (logo, visual identity, brand book).What actually happened:Only partial outputs (research, strategy, moodboards) were delivered, and these did not reflect our assignment or the repeatedly provided feedback. Key requirements defined in the briefing were ignored, the logo and final identity were never delivered. During a video call on June 9, 2025, the supplier admitted she did not know how to implement our vision and suggested ending the cooperation while keeping the initial payment.We filed a formal complaint on June 24-25, 2025, since the outputs were unusable and did not meet the contractual requirements. The complaint was not acknowledged.The contract was drafted unilaterally in favor of the supplier. Under her interpretation, she is entitled to payment even if the results are not in line with the assignment and cannot be used by the client. This means client satisfaction and usability of the results are irrelevant.Financial impact: we paid an advance of 1,035 EUR. The supplier kept 869.40 EUR for partial phases. We considered it fair to leave her 250-300 for the work done, but this was rejected. In the end, only 165.60 EUR was refunded. After almost two months (around 35-40 working days), no usable branding was delivered, and a new designer had to start from scratch.The cooperation ended with no tangible results, a rejected complaint, and a contract that allowed the supplier to keep most of the advance regardless of outcome.We do not recommend working with this studio and with Ms. Lenka Loová.Martin Tóth, CEOwww.pikMenu.com "
