Starting at the beginning of this century as a senior project manager and lead design engineer and then progressing to Information Systems Manager, he honed his skills in marrying technology with the process flow to gain workplace efficiency. In 2005, he founded BlueBoxME and in 2010 Introduced BlueBox Solutions to deliver software development and IT infrastructure management to clients internationally. Nauman has also served as an adjunct professor and as a business consultant to provide solutions to major corporations.

In 2016, he began MessageMuse, a full-service digital marketing company that gives Nauman a chance to show off his artistic talents while he pushes the boundaries of what is possible for his digital marketing customers. His clients come to him from all over the world to tap into his skill at creating esthetically beautiful designs that leverage the most sophisticated technological advancements.
