MMC Global

This company will take your money and then when offered chances to refund it, will instead lie and never come through on their end. They take thousands of dollars and then there is nothing to show for it. Do not do business with them unless you want to be screwed over. Terrible "

*BEWARE!!* MMC Global Overbilled us for over $6,000, recognized the billing error and MONTHS later, they are still giving us excuses to not refund us (See screenshot). We spent $10s of thousands of dollars and nearly two years of our time with NO product to show for it. We started the process with Jonathan Tann, we only had one phone call with him and everything seemed promising at the time. Then the project was handed over to Zack and there was a huge language barrier with him and that is where it all went downhill..... We will be filing a complaint with the District Attorney of Texas, BBB, we will be speaking with our Attorney as well as submitting complaints on every online platform there is to ensure this unfortunate situation doesnt happen to anyone else. It appears as though my partner already submitted a complaint here, but I am just as disappointed. I cannot recommend this company at all. "

We hired MMC Global to build our app and, unfortunately, it has been one of the worst business experiences we've ever had. Before signing, we spoke directly with Jonathan Tann and felt confident moving forward. However, once payment was made, the project was handed off almost entirely to another team member, Zack. We experienced significant communication challenges throughout the project, and the language barrier made it extremely difficult to communicate requirements, ask questions, or make meaningful progress. The really odd part is anytime we tried to call Jonathan on his cell number, Zack would answer.....We have not spoken with Jonathan AT ALL since our initial/first phone call.Over the course of the project, we paid MMC Global tens of thousands of dollars with Nothing to show for it. During that time, progress was slow (if any), communication was inconsistent, and we frequently had to follow up just to receive updates. The most concerning issue was billing. We discovered that we had been overcharged by more than $6,600 based on the payment terms that had been confirmed to us in writing. We immediately raised the issue, provided documentation supporting our position, Zack admitted that we were overcharged (see screen shot), and we were later told the matter would be reviewed with the finance department to refund us. Despite months of follow-up and repeated attempts to resolve the issue professionally, we have received no refund and no meaningful resolution. We made every effort to resolve this privately before considering legal action. Unfortunately, after months of waiting and numerous unanswered requests, we were left with no reasonable alternative but to involve legal counsel. Our experience was Extremely disappointing from both a project management and customer service standpoint. We cannot recommend MMC Global based on our experience. "

I’ve worked with MMC Global on several mobile app projects for a variety of clients, and it’s been a consistently smooth and professional experience. The team is skilled, easy to work with, and always focused on delivering quality. Looking forward to more collaborations ahead. "
