Brant leads the agency's strategy competency uncovering brand and consumer opportunities. These insights pave the way for consistent, modern experiences along the consumer journey that accelerate brand and business success.

Keith’s role at Modern Climate is to relentlessly pursue the strategic formulas that produce engaging and valuable brand experiences. He leads a multidisciplinary team of strategic thinkers and creative doers, ensuring that consumer-driven design principles excel through all mediums and channels.

As Managing Director, Tracy guides and directs the team structure, processes and overall workflow. She also manages the development, implementation and measurement of campaigns for several of Modern Climate’s clients.

Doug is a dyed-in-the-wool-socks, life-long Minnesotan. A copywriter by trade, Doug spent a large chunk of his early career at Fallon, where he worked on lots of impressive brands, won lots of awards, and was anointed a Creative All-Star by ADWEEK.

With more than 20 years of experience in building professional partnerships, Curtis is responsible for cultivating new business for Modern Climate, by conveying the firm’s integrated communications capabilities to potential clients across the nation.
