Our four-month engagement with Mr Prime for Amazon account management and marketing was an absolute farce and we ultimately terminated services due to a consistent failure to deliver on commitments and a severe lack of communication.From the very beginning, and through to the end, Mr Prime repeatedly missed the mark. We experienced:Zero Initiative & Poor Communication: We constantly had to prompt for meetings, received no standard reporting, and attempts to get input or even a response from key personnel were met with silence. Meetings were frequently postponed at the last minute.Failed Deliverables: A program plan/critical path was only provided after robust requests, and even then, it was not adhered to. Promised actions were not completed, despite multiple reminders.Inadequate Strategy & Execution: Initial inventory recommendations were insufficient due to a failure to provide necessary P&Ls. Strategic elements like "Search Find Buy" and user-generated content (UGC) were not implemented prior to ASIN launch, effectively wasting critical "honeymoon periods." Performance targets, such as TACOS, were significantly missed.Despite a one-to-one conversation where apologies were made and commitments to improve were given, no tangible improvements occurred in the following month. The final actions remained incomplete, and communication continued to be appalling.This persistent inaction and failure to deliver led us to terminate our engagement. We would strongly advise caution to any business considering their services. "
