When we started the cooperation, we were working on a data visualization module that would enablethe analysis of production data from 36 plants operating under one division. The app aimed to gatherdata from different plants and present it in a visually compelling and easy-to-interpret way.Neoteric helped us quickly validate the feasibility of the designed solution by building the frontend ofthe app and implementing a temporary "backend adapter" in place of a fully functional backend knowing it would need to be refactored if we moved forward. This approach allowed us to move fastwithout compromising the larger projects timeline. As we progressed beyond the PoC phase,Neoteric helped us continue product development, refining the current version and building additionalmodules such as Advanced Reporting and the Admin Panel. The developed solution gatheredpositive feedback from the stakeholders, and we can continue the project.Throughout the project, we worked iteratively. Each iteration began with a planning session, when weset the goals and priorities for the upcoming sprint. We were also using a project management tool totrack progress and monitor the status of the work.During the project, Neoterics AI team also identified an opportunity to address another challenge wewere facing. They developed a PoC for an AI assistant aimed at diagnosing and solving maintenanceissues in our manufacturing facilities, demonstrating their proactive approach and ability to addressbroader business needs "
