My experience at Nordia (now NQX) was disappointing. The service was poor, and the training was insufficient. Despite being told I wasn't performing well, I believe I did my job correctly, yet my probation was extended.Working from home in the sales team, I find the work quality lacking. The HR and Team Leaders are not effective. During online training, I received no support and felt mistreated.As part of Bell, Nordia seems focused solely on profit, neglecting employee mental health.
