On Deck Marketing took off when I recognized familiar faces in my communitysmall business owners who needed a hand. A friend of mine had just been burned, spending $4,000 and six weeks on a website that looked more 2004 than 2024. Around the same time, my wife and I were contemplating my career's next chapter. Thats when On Deck Marketing was born.

My love for marketing started young. I spent countless days at my dad's furniture store, rearranging inventory and the store layout to boost sales. I crafted signs, proposed budget-friendly improvements, and even launched my first marketing campaign by having my high school wrestling team sport blaze-orange camo hats with the stores logo at events.

Fast forward a few years, and like many in marketing, I found my groove in sales. This journey taught me a lot about communication from both sidesconsumer and business owner. More importantly, it highlighted how easy it is to be overlooked or forget someone who isn't ready to buy just yet.

When On Deck Marketing kicked off, we focused on web design and social media management. But it quickly became clear that businesses needed more than thatthey needed tools to stay front-of-mind with their customers before, during, and after the sale. They needed help with scheduling, getting reviews, managing clients you name it.
