I was sold on the culture and the opening to feedback. I didn't receive proper training to do my job and was pulled into 1:1 being told different things daily. I like the company but the people in charge of the (headway) project are not trained and skilled enough to be running such a big project. I walked away because I wasn't given the tools to do my job right. I am now getting the run around about my last check. I sent the equipment back 2 days after leaving this company. I'm being told the check was mailed with no tracking information and that it was deposited but I don't have direct deposit. If you work for this company just get the experience and move on.
