PcHelpMan® was started in 1998 by Stephen Freedman BSc (Hons). Post graduation, he saw a huge gap in the market for the supply of much needed IT support to local businesses and individuals in their homes. Having gained experience in various multinational corporates, Stephen noticed technology creeping into homes and smaller businesses. At that time, there werent many organisations offering a service to these sectors; those that were, were often of poor quality. In the IT support industry, there are currently no legal requirements for qualifications and no official governing trade organisations/bodies. Therefore, Stephen soon realised that it was important to build a name that people could trust and rely upon PcHelpMan® was born.

Stephen built the business slowly and he was careful to stay close to his customers. The success of PcHelpMan® has been built on a strong ethos to deliver a personal and holistic service to clients, with no buck passing and complete customer satisfaction. Now 24 years on, PcHelpMan® is happier than ever to help businesses and individuals with all of their IT needs.
