Absolutely the Worst Experience Avoid at All CostsIf you value your time, money, or sanity, steer clear.What was promised as a 6-day scope dragged into 6 months of frustration, chasing, and fighting. Salespeople and so-called account managers disappeared after the first call. From Day 5 I was ready to terminate (its even in their refund policy), but of course, no refund, no accountability, nothingdespite putting it on record.Every week turned into another argument. I repeated the brief multiple times to multiple people, received unprofessional, dismissive responses, and was fed nonsense updates (something was moved counts as progress?). Branding and style options were talked up endlessly but never delivered. After six months of threats and pushing, I gave up, only to see the final work: copy-pasted content dumped on a page.Throughout the process they were quick to ask for more money for issues they couldnt fix. Even after spoon-feeding them content, it never made it properly to the website. No ownership, no responsibilityunless it was about payment, then suddenly they were very responsive.Ive worked with over 100 organizationsthis is by far the laziest, most incompetent, most scammy company Ive ever dealt with.
