PhanganDev is a one-person, full-stack development studio based on Koh Phangan, an island in the Gulf of Thailand. The practice also serves nearby Koh Samui and Koh Tao, along with remote clients across Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Before becoming a developer, the founder spent years working as a project manager which shapes how projects run here. Engagements start with a conversation, not a technical brief: clients describe what's frustrating about their current setup, and the right solution gets figured out from there, rather than starting from an assumed tech stack.

The client base is almost entirely small, owner-operated businesses resorts, bungalow rental operators, motorbike rental shops, construction contractors, and small teams that don't need a twelve-person agency or a five-figure minimum. Recent projects include a multi-tenant booking system syncing three OTA platforms (including Booking.com) for a bungalow property, a QR-code digital concierge for hotel and resort guests, a fleet-tracking tool for a motorbike rental shop, a PDF quotation generator for a field-service electrician, and a payroll and attendance system for a small Thai team.
