We realized that we were getting quite a few returns because the customer could not see what the product looked like with the options they have chosen for customization.As mentioned, we have a highly customizable product with a lot of parts and conditions. They were able to understand each step and took extra care and time into making it the best experience for the user.We can now offer customers a truly unique experience online giving a showroom feel without needing to go to a physical location. Customers now feel more comfortable ordering knowing they have seen the exact product they want.We love the idea of having a design team on our side for every new product we release. They paid special attention to our project and we are happy to continue working with them.

  We were trying to create a brand and product that we could offer to our customers. PIXREADY has helped me design a branded box for my healthcare customers as part of a concierge service. The team has created the packaging using our logo.Our customers are very happy with the product. PIXREADY has been able to make design iterations and changes according to our requests. Working in an iterative process has been very good for us because our team is picky, and PIXREADY has been nice about doing those changes. I'm highly motivated to work with PIXREADY again in the future. PIXREADY project management is excellent. The team is good at managing expectations and delivering work on time. Our project is simple, and we communicate through email and Zoom every couple of months.PIXREADY is very good at design thinking, which is the winning approach. I came into the project thinking I needed to design a unique packaging, but PIXREADY made me realize I needed to create an experience. They are good at finding the root cause of what we're trying to do, similar to what I do with my clients.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
