  Kevin Bruinsma

  Co-Founder & Creative Director

  A Michigan native who started out as a designer, he cut his teeth in the nonprofit sector. From there he moved onto branding and marketing major organizations for a Chicago-based advertising agency. He's a valuable partner not only for Real but for the clients we collaborate with.

  Josh Roeda

  Co-Founder & Director

  Josh's love for film making started at a young age. Capturing the midwest BMX scene and shooting full-length feature documentaries is where his love began. Josh is not only skilled in the art of storytelling, but his knowledge of business and technology is a huge asset.

  Ryan Roeda

  Co-Founder & CFO

  Ryan loves numbers, spreadsheets and work-flow systems. His philosophy that numbers and analytics pave the way for successful creative marketing grounds the team. He makes sure every project moves the needle and cuts through the noise.

  Post Production Manager

  Over his career, Daniel has garnered several Emmy awards and nominations, working on a variety of feature films, documentaries and long-form series as well as national ad campaigns and corporate/industrial projects. He aims to raise the bar on every project for the Real team and our clients.
