Unreliable. After 4 months of waiting for the app to be delivered, when quoted to take 8 weeks, they came back saying they cant finish the project.Seems to be of having no staff or not getting the scope. Throughout the waiting period we never got a single update from the project manager. Only when the deadline was looming we bad to follow up and it was then when we realised they just started working on the project. Abysmal to say the least, we are awaiting a full refund on our deposit, but that doesnt take away the fact that we have waisted 4 months of waiting and then alot of back of fourth on an app that wasnt working. Just so in the end for them to tell us they cant complete the project.I have never seen a developer pulling out in such manner.be aware, these lots are simply unreliable and pretty amateurs.Edit: the developer seem to miss the point, they dis not deliver and rather left us scrambling for a new developer to deliver as they simply couldnt deliver.The app was for a prescribing, dispensing and checking function. What they presented us with was not working. It didnt do any of the core features for the app to work properly. We will continue to raise awareness about their inability to raise awareness or even to properly manage clients expectations.They promised us the world when we wanted a quote and to kick off the engagement but then were assigned a bunch of developers in different regions of the world that simply couldnt deliver.Nothing in the features we discussed were out of the scope of the spec file sent to you. Just stop lying.Claims of abuse and threatening are simply not true. We got disappointed when we saw changes being made to our courier accounts which messed up our existing operations.We will be taking them to court for misrepresentation, and a report to Shopify partners has already been filed.Funny how this company had absolutely no reviews in years and then suddenly after the first bad review 2 new good reviews came up. No ethics. Absolutely 0. "
