We anticipated Rik to be an expert in understanding human behavior online, not just someone capable of creating visually appealing designs. Unfortunately, the design he produced lacked the necessary considerations for SEO optimization, effective web flow, and other metrics that are vital for achieving high click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.In retrospect, it seems that Rik's strengths lie in catering to clients who may lack a profound understanding of web dynamics.
