I ordered a lamp and a vase, the vase was in a box without protection, no bubble wrap or wrapping, thrown in the bottle of the lamp box. Obviously, the vase arrived at my house in thousands of pieces! How can you pack a ceramic lamp with zero wrapping or protection?! It was rattling in the box before I even opened the tape. This is so inevitably going to smash in delivery. How is this possible for an expensive lamp? "

What a sham outfit. Clearly all form over substance. We ordered a set of 8 dining chairs. 4 were faulty, blindingly obvious as soon as you opened the box. The screws to fix the backrest didn't fit so the factory simply didn't bother and left the backrests hanging by the one screw that did. They left the screws loose in the box. Literally just couldn't be arsed!3 of the 4 replacements have also been faulty, same fault.My house has been cluttered with the boxes and faulty chairs for what feels like an eternity. Ive just opened the latest replacement and no prizes for guessing the outcome. They even promised they'd check before sending them. I can't tell you how disappointed we are.If you want quality products, move on elsewhere quickly. This company have no QC in place with their manufacturing or warehouse.Top drawer pricing, high end marketing, product that is utter dross.1 star too generous "

I will start by saying I have been really impressed with the customer service I was given. There were no delays and I was treated kindly and respectfully. My complaint was resolved very quickly and I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you for that experience, Rockett St George.Sadly though, I was very disappointed with my products. I ordered two barstools, one of the legs was bent on one, but the box was in perfect condition, so I don't believe it happened in transit. The other was missing the protective plastic feet at the end of the legs. The colour was also disappointing. I understand that colour can vary in person compared to a computer screen, but this is another level. In the photos the chairs are a warm, rich yellow. In person they have a green undertone. I felt that the product photos were misleading.Also the "factory smell" on the chairs is very strong and smells musty.While in communication about these issues, I was told I shouldn't have been able to order the barstools, as they're not supposed to be eligible for international shipping (I'm in the Netherlands). Just bizarre.In summary, I wasn't happy with the products at all, but I am happy with how the situation was handled and resolved. "
