When I first opened my salon in 2020 I knew I would need a loyalty program for our guests.. unfortunately it wasnt available with the software that I chose so I started searching externally. We are a summit salon and I was at one of their classes and asked the instructor if she had any recommendations and she did not even hesitate to recommend Salon SOS. I got back home and looked them up and it was pretty clear that this is was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Salon SOS was so amazing when it came to the onboarding process and it was so great that they literally set up a custom app just for your salon with your colors, pictures, etc. and shows you how to use it. We have been with Salon SOS for a while now and we couldn't be happier as the support continued recently where we wanted to upgrade our service plan to include texting/messaging and it was so nice to have a scheduled zoom call to go over everything and help get us comfortable using it.. on top of that.. we get a follow up email with the recording of the zoom to reference and an invitation to let them know when we have created new "deals" and they would go in and make sure they looked great before making them live on the app. All in all, we are so happy with our partnership with Salon SOS!! "
