My goal is to remove drudgery in the workplace, giving customers and employees the best experience. Sometimes this involves removing small inefficiencies and the grit in the gears with continuous improvement. Other situations call for a sweeping digital transformation that upends an industry.

I'm on a long-term mission to disrupt consulting. I pride myself that we do consultancy differently, ensuring San delivers measured value by understanding clients businesses at our expense and providing impactful outcomes.

Im here to make sure we deliver what we promise to our clients. Which means having the right people, making sure they are motivated and work well as a team, and then getting out of their way. Also, Im heavily involved in the actual development itself.

My job is to kill clunky by bringing users into the heart of development and exploit design to make things work better, be elegant, and ensure that customers don't notice the dull but necessary bits and want to tell everybody about the swish and exciting experience.
