Unmet KPIs: They make grand commitments regarding Sales Growth, ACOS Optimization, and Listing Optimization but possess zero experience or working ideas to execute them.3. Financial Drain: This was not just a lack of results; it was a total disaster for our seed capital and marketing budget.4. BETTER ALTERNATIVES: Save your money. Very slow and incompetent team!!I hired them for Blinkit account management services. My first mistake! They did no work in first month, literally no work. The person who was handling the account just keep posting everyday in whatsapp group 'analyzed the campaign' 'analysed the keywords'. At first i thought its fine but then the whole month went like this. Unfortunately, I paid them for 2nd month as well thinking they might work in 2nd month. My second mistake!! Same pattern followed. They even didn't respond to my queries. Frustrated, I thought of contacting the woman who onboarded me on Seller Rocket. She didn't pick up the call (this is the same woman who called me multiple times for onboarding). When I kept calling her, someone else answered the phone saying she is busy. Then I tried contacting the owner as well. he was also suddenly in lots of meeting at the time (again, this same person called me multiple time for onboarding). Frustrated, I wrote my experience in google review. Suddenly the team started contacting me, even the owner. They promised me they will be more active moving forward and asked me to remove my review. I deleted my review on their request (my third and biggest mistake!!). They are very very slow and not at all interested in giving good services. Even for the easiest task like raising a ticket on portal, they took 3-4 days that too after mentioning it multiple times. The worst part is they think it is normal to work like this. "
