    I liked how simple it is to use, but i do dislike when you get stuck in what they call an endless loop of trying different things until something "works". This isn't always easy for me as my computer skills are not great so there's sometimes days where nothing works! We have been able with Simplistic since day one because we're getting results from our customers' feedback about their experience using simplistics services - more than ever before- which has helped us immensely throughout this year's campaign launch phase at work (we just launched last week).
