I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with the Spiral Scout team. I discovered Spiral Scout after having had negative experiences with two previous web developers. I’d worked with a designer on a Figma file and needed it to be translated to a Shopify site. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and technical expertise.In terms of design, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team remained faithful to the original files. This was especially key given that a lot of time had gone into designing the Figma files. Where it was necessary to make deviations, they made recommendations that aligned with my brand and translated it into a beautiful online presence. Towards the end of the project, a particularly challenging design issue arose that was difficult to crack. The entire team, across functions, was committed to the process and ultimately figured out how to solve the problem.The communication throughout the entire process was also great. We had weekly meetings to review progress and troubleshoot any concerns.
