US founders sign with Sprout LLC, pay in US dollars and own the code and IP on payment. The team works on UTC+5, overlapping US mornings, with a written update every week. We have shipped 27+ products across fintech, edtech, healthtech, e-commerce and AI, including Kollegio AI, a Stanford-backed college counseling platform used by about 1 million students and families, AI voice agents (Pukaar) and AI garment visualization (Preloom). Every MVP starts by testing the idea with Truewick, our AI market research tool.
