hello, I'm his son Joshua!I would honestly, personally have to disagree I think.. a one star review is rude lolin my unbiased kind of personal opinion would always say we do great work and the best we always try to do our absolute best at our work. All of the cool dudes within our family always try our absolute hardest everyday to make sure our clients are happy and satisfied.. 😎At the end of the day we have been in the Chicagoland Area construction business/industry 39 years since 1986. Most don’t understand we have lots of lots of reoccurring clients and many many jobs going on in surrounding towns during that hot szn.my dad is a very very busy businessman especially near spring-summer time obviouslyOperating 3 different businesses simultaneously a job.We all work very diligently every single day either from home or in the fieldwhatever it is we are up to we Salman’s are always better in person and you can find us in the office for a chat most of the time where we can talk in person and understand each other better! "

This is a notice for anyone considering Chris Salman and Stature Custom Homes…DON’T!!! Chris, the owner and general contractor is disreputable, to say the least. He can’t write anything down and then conveniently “forgets” to do things. Even though I wrote endless emails and texts to him to remind him of his promises, in the end he did whatever he felt like doing…or not doing. It was a constant fight. He also tried to keep our village bond money and when he didn’t get it, he claimed we cheated him out of it. Now that our house is done, he is refusing to cover the 1 year warranty items. We’ve had to deal directly with his subcontractors to get any results, which should be his job. We’ve had to file a claim with his insurance company for a water leak that he refuses to address since during construction and he is fighting that as well. Chris is arrogant, entitled and dishonest-a very dangerous combination for anyone investing their hard earned money into their dream home. Please heed this warning and find another builder so your dreams aren’t shattered. "
