  We've been working with Steck Insights for about three years and have appreciated their high quality and strong consistency of work. They now host and maintain all six of our active websites, having revamped two of them, and built the other four from scratch. They listen to our business ideas and concepts, and help bring them to reality online. Their team is very responsive and always willing to provide assistance from a quick content edit to a detailed design change. Steck Insights has also been an imperative and cooperative partner with a marketing company that we use for our social and programmatic advertising.   Beware! We're revising our original 5-star review to sound the alarm about the sheer incompetence of this website development company. Before hiring Steck's services, our company enjoyed strong organic rankings on Google, typically ranging between 1 to 7 for numerous keywords, largely thanks to our well-established blog posts. However, upon migration to Steck, our permalink structure was recklessly altered, erasing years' worth of hard-earned SEO work in one sweep. This glaring display of incompetence has inflicted significant damage on our online presence. This caused an immediate 331 errors with Google, instantly plummeting our rankings, which Steck took no accountability for.To compound matters, Steck falsely claimed to have revamped our website, touting it as high-performing, when in reality, its performance plummeted dramatically, as evidenced by the links below. The most infuriating part? Despite my persistent efforts over an entire week to seek a fair resolution, the company has evaded any semblance of accountability, offering nothing but hollow assurances like "we stand by our work" and "we did our best to bless your company." There's been no acknowledgment of their mistakes nor any meaningful attempt at rectifying the situation. This unilateral decimation of our Google rankings has not only tarnished our online reputation but has also dealt a severe financial blow.
