TAOS Software & AI was founded in Istanbul in 2026 by Tanju Mutlu, who leads business development and product, and Osman Can Esa, who leads software architecture. The two of us do the work ourselves, so clients always speak with the people building their project.
Agencies bring us client projects they want built quietly under their own brand: corporate websites, admin panels, mobile apps and AI features such as chat assistants or content and reporting automation. Confidentiality and the split of work are agreed in writing before we start.
Mid-sized companies come to us to remove repetitive work and to stop losing knowledge. We set up workflow automation and AI integration, build custom software and mobile apps, and install company memory: one place that holds contracts, proposals, meeting notes and decisions, and answers questions with the source file next to the answer.
We use these systems to run our own company every day. Projects are fixed price with a written scope and timeline, and if a job takes longer than we estimated, the extra time is ours. A five-day discovery engagement costs $600 and is credited to the build.
