The team environment is very engaging and allows agents the chance to step up and work on a variety of client campaigns. We provide call center support (inbound and outbound) for customer support and sales, as well as chat or email support - depending on the client's needs. The managers are very helpful and provide excellent mentoring and coaching to assist agents to continually develop skills for their job responsibilities but also to take forward in the future. Highly recommend if you love customer service & sales and helping people! "
