HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH.From the moment we started, everything was disappointing. The videographers showed up with unprofessional attitudes, missed key segments, and were not on the timeframe we agreed upon a week before—missing the opportunity to film a fourth person altogether. Because they sent out the timeline again the night before at 6 pm WHICH i responded too but still did nothing to change it. Then came the billing nightmare: they charged an extra $1000 to add a 3-second clip of a third person, claiming it changed the package from 2 to 4 people, even though they never filmed the 4th person properly. Completely unreasonable, and absolutely no flexibility or understanding from their side.Would never use or recommend them. There are plenty of better companies out there. "
