I worked with Tipstat for a short time and before starting a project with them, I would recommend asking if they hire freelancers to complete your project, or if they are in-house developers. Additionally, the project manager I worked with did not have much technical experience, which makes it very difficult to get a product out, hence, we had to stop the project half way with Tipstat. Finally, you would have to be specific with your requirements, have all your Figma files ready (even for the admin dashboard) and have it all architectured out, as the team does not have experience in scoping out how information would flow in the backend. "
