We started out pretty humbly with just three people. In the beginning, we were mostly building technology for NGOs and community programs. One of the first things we worked on—and something that still means a lot to us—was building the entire Child Labor Observability System for mountainous provinces in Vietnam, backed by World Vision, one of the world's most respected humanitarian organizations.
At that time, we weren't chasing clients, revenue, or commercial success yet. We were chasing impact; the project was designed to help social workers to keep track of vulnerable children and bring digital tools into communities that had never had access to them before.
In 2022, we started seeing a growing demand from enterprises for modern, cloud-native, scalable systems. So we made a big investment in cloud engineering, DevOps, and automation. That allowed us to help enterprises modernize critical systems with robustness and flexibility that they never had before. Clients from different domains like finance, healthcare, logistics, and education came to us because they needed a partner who could design and operate large, complex systems, not just write code. As we have a highly experienced team of solution architects, who were originally technical leaders from Nashtech, we are very confident in this.
In 2024, as we had a healthy cash flow and with the bloom of AI, we expanded deeper into AI and ML. We invested in hiring specialists and upskilling our teams to integrate AI directly into our engineering workflows (coding, testing, analysis, documentation, QA, and research). And now in 2025, we confidently offer an AI-driven hybrid model to our clients that combines manual work and automated AI workflow. This combination allows us to deliver solutions with faster results, save costs, and still ensure quality. This was proved through the work with our enterprise customers and through building our own AI products, which was accelerated 70% by AI.
