  We had a product warehouse system spanning Indonesia. We wanted to hire an IT outsourcing that can develop software that automatically manages the warehouse system. Newwave Solutions started working with us online in August 2023. They consulted and designed the software based on the brief about the features we required.Towards the end of the project, they spent time in Indonesia mentoring our management team. Then they handed over and proposed some more solutions to improve quality. I am quite satisfied with my recent experience with Newwave Solutions. Overall, I think the cost the company spends to receive products and customer care services is worth it. The only one drawback is that some low-level developers have limited communication in English. They should reconsider these two things to help their customers have the best experiences when collaborating.

  I am the senior director of project management and quality for a professional services organization. We hired Newwave Solutions to test a software we were building. We initially had a company that built and tested the software, but once we brought the development in-house, we needed an IT outsourcing company global to take over the testing. Newwave Solutions was responsible for running test cases as we pushed out new code. They also reported back to us on any issues and worked with us to resolve them. They met deadlines and supplied strong project management. We worked with them for an extended period of time and never had to worry about project management because Ha Tung worked with us for the entire duration of our engagement. For an overall rating, I would give them 8/10. During the cooperation process, there were a few things I was not very satisfied with, for example, they often responded quite slowly during holidays in Vietnam. I think a global IT outsourcing company should prioritize communication and customer feedback first. However, the results made me very satisfied, so I still rate them 5 stars despite a few limitations.
