The clients needs were either not communicated properly to the staffing agency or the agency didn't find it important to disclose ahead of time. Complete mismatch about my abilities vs what the client needs. Basically a 10+ years experience senior litigation paralegal was recruited for a legal secretary position for transactional matters. Had an interview with Mr. Carr early November and it was by far the best experience (as far as interviews go) as well side talk about business, life, etc pertaining to Haj (Mr. Carr). The few employees that passed me while I was waiting to see Haj, were in good spirits, good moods/ let alone a good vibe. P. Rose who was my primary P.O.C (point of contact) for was very responsive to emails, and more so when there was a 2nd interview needed/set up because of unforseen time/error.
