I am disappointed with this company. I have Asperger’s Syndrome and recently put in an application for a position in the accounting department. I sometimes struggle with social interactions and have a hard time with interviews (I don’t need any special accommodations). I was selected for a phone interview and spoke with a woman in Human Resources named Brittany. During our conversation, we discussed the position and what the next steps would be in the hiring process. She assured me that my application would be forwarded to the accounting hiring manager. However, I was rejected and notified through email that I was not selected (let alone given an opportunity to present myself and qualifications to the accounting manager). This is not the first time this has happened to me in my life. I feel like I was discriminated against. I didn't know asking for an honest job (which is a basic human right) would be this difficult. Hopefully, our President will see this and do something about this. "
