    The two key challenges that I required FRENZY to support me on were enhancing Makersite's awareness and profile in North American markets and supporting us in driving credibility.FRENZY helped us with our PR efforts. They specifically did media pitching across a variety of publications in the trade press and general media regarding our Series A funding announcement, helping us get coverage in the media.Initially, we provided FRENZY with a short brief detailing our challenges, and they came back to us with some very good examples of how they'd supported other companies. We were very impressed with that. Moreover, we could tell they were very purpose-driven, which fit our company values. There was also very good chemistry between our teams, so I could see us having a very good working relationship.We paid a monthly retainer of around $5,000–$8,000.FRENZY successfully supported us in our Series A funding announcement, which was very important for us. As a result, we saw a noticeable increase in our media mentions and overall awareness in certain areas. Thanks to their media pitching, we've even continued to get interview requests for key subject matter experts and our CEO from relevant trade publications. That result has also supported us in raising awareness of who we are, what we do, and what our approach is.FRENZY delivered on time and on budget, as expected. Overall, their project management was good. They were great at communicating project timelines, deadlines, and requirements.

    FRENZY was responsible for our platform's naming, branding, and marketing. They were instrumental in helping to guide our executive team through the naming process. They spent a lot of time trying to understand the platform, its market differentiation, and what it would mean for our clients. FRENZY conducted the discovery with us and took us through several meetings over weeks and even months to align on the final name. We wanted this platform's name to mean what we aimed for people to feel and think when they heard the name. FRENZY aimed for us to be sure there weren't any other similar names out there, especially within our market, of which we needed to be aware. They really helped us navigate that to ensure that, ultimately, our decision wouldn't have any challenges moving forward with that particular name. It was an iterative process to narrow down a list of names and spelling variations.We felt very confident in our core branding at our company, including the look and feel of our brand and the color palette, and they leaned on our existing branding framework. Still, we indicated we wanted this to be a step forward. They took components of our existing brand and provided branding elements and visuals around the name and logo.We played around with different font styles and finally came down to the final logo. They provided additional supporting assets we used in the market launch, including a 30-second animated video to announce the platform, a PowerPoint presentation template that we could use, and a webpage layout that included the video and content about the platform.
