I was working for the verve systems for around 7 years and here are some minor review points that needs to cover as an employee.- pros- for no experience /less experience(around 2 years) then you can work for the company its better for you- you can have experience in multiple technology- development team is good and will help you in anyway.- there was not layoffs in covid.- getting very good support from MD,Tech Head and AVP.- cons- salary date should be in 1 to 5 currently far away- Hr department- Admin department "
