Vibhuti is a place were you will find unprofessional environment. The top management is very unprofessional(Does not stick to their statements). No fix timings. First they will say 9 hours shift but once you join, you will have to work for 12 hours a day. The top management does not value their employees and force them to work late night. Only one thing is good their office space and nothing else. I would not recommend this company. "

I have worked in Vibhuti Technologies for almost 4 years and to be very honest my overall experience was excellent. Work environment is well balanced and organized. Rest company policies, management, people working here and specially HR dept. everything is good. Salaries are always given on time. In these 4 years I have never seen that salaries has been received late which makes the company standard high. And how can I forget to mention about the company's CEO and of course my boss Mr. Munish Sehgal. What a great, disciplined and humble personality. The best thing I really liked about him is he treats every employee equally and like a family member. I've learned from him a lot both technical as well as in person.
