Unfair & Unethical Extortion!They will hold your business hostage the moment you face a personal crisis.I bought Yo!Kart with a mobile app, only to be charged $2,000 just to change a domain name.I invested heavily in Yo!Kart, purchasing their lifetime license along with the mobile application. They promised full bug support for the first year and a solution for life. But life is unpredictable. I went through severe personal difficulties, and during that incredibly challenging year, my original domain expired.When I finally got back on my feet and tried to open my app and website, everything was down. I didn't ask them for a new product. I didn't ask them for extra work. I simply begged them to transfer my existing, paid-for license from the old domain to my new one.Their response? Cold extortion. They demanded $2,000 USD just to change the domain name in their system. When I pleaded with them, the absolute lowest they would go was $800.Why should a customer have to pay $800 to $2,000 just to update a domain name on a license they already own? This isn't customer service; it is a predatory culture that exploits people when they are down. They sell you a "lifetime" dream but use fine-print technicalities to bleed you dry later.
