I even forwarded the email with the subscription. They renewed it 1 hour after I told them it was under a different account. I immediately canceled. I was then given the runaround for 3 more days with one person saying they would refund, another saying they wouldn't another saying "rest assured we will refund." After seeing they hadn't refunded I emailed and they told me there was no refunds. Check all the 1 star reviews. They are all like this. The 5 star reviews, I truly believe are fake and all from India where they are located. Try to find their US location. It doesn't exist. They are liars and greedy greedy thieves. They would rather have bad reviews and steal your money than do the right thing. "

I have tried to cancel my WPSwings WooCommerce subscription pro plugin because I do not like or want to use there plugin. I paid for the pro version over $100 and asked for a refund.The only way they give refunds is if there is a problem with the plugin and they can't fix it. There is NOTHING wrong with the plugin I have chosen to go a different route.I haven't even had it a month which most every other plugin developer gives or offers up to 30 days return.WPSwings does not so SAVE your money! It's a BIG HASSLE. "

I wish I could give 0 stars. The support team is a joke. 24/7 support is a lie. I have been dealing with them for 6 days now and all they did was break a live site. It is a booking site for ONE property and now the math doesn't work at all. It tried to charge a client $72K last night to book 2 nights. It takes 24 hours for support to respond and then they ask you the same question that they asked 24 hours previously. Even though they are responding to the thread and all the answers are there if they would just read the thread. They obviously have no interest in helping. I have requested a refund and will never use any product by them again. "

This company should not be allowed to associate themselves with WooCommerce. They're lack of knowledge suggests they are a toytown outfit. Having read their sales pitch on their subscriptions model, we purchased and then discovered how bad this moudule is. It is not even compliant with WooCommerce or any other ecommerce platform as their security for payments is not compliant.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! "
