We engaged Zestbrains over 16 months ago for a mobile app development project. After a short negotiation, they gave us an estimate of timeline to deliver the project (30 days) and activities included. We were assigned a PM, called Himanshu, to follow us. It's been 16 months now, and we don't have an app. They took 3/4 of the total payment and have now disappeared. Himanshu, our PM, was never a project manager. He never managed the project nor the timeline, but rather kept delaying the conversations, not engaging in any communication, nor respecting deadlines. After months of chasing, because they literally disappeared, we got assigned a new PM, called Jack. Initially he was more responsive and helpful, but after only 3 weeks - and no app delivered - he also disappeared. They are a scam and unfortunately we fell for it. If you read on any other review websites, you will see that we are not the only unfortunate ones. It is hard for us to leave such reviews, but the professional level was never there. The technical capabilities also lacked profoundly, and overall they all were extremely arrogant in every interaction they had with us.
