  This team is the total bomb! I started my own business two years ago and didn’t know what I didn’t know. DEFY was introduced to me through a mutual friend. I was a little skeptical as they had not worked with an aesthetic practice, although they had a great deal of experience under their belt. It is an understatement to say that I am blown away by their level of knowledge, their level of commitment and their ability to execute until something is taken care of. They have educated me in so many things I was unaware of regarding owning a website and optimizing its performance. I recently attended the business portion of an aesthetic conference . A lot of the education was focused on having a high functioning website.Whenever they ask a question about participants websites, I was able to raise my hand and say yes. Several of the presenters looked at my website and they were very impressed. A huge heartfelt thank you to Fumi and Gretchen. It is an honor to refer you and to write this review.
