I can honestly say this CRM has been a game changer for my business. I never realized how much I needed something like this until I started using it. Having my website, payment processing, and client forms all in one place has made everything so much smoother and more organized. It’s saved me time, reduced stress, and helped me run my business more efficiently. I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious. Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at. I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing. Ruby Shore has not only developed applications that save us a tremendous amount of time, they have the ability to understand our process with little explanation. This saves even more TIME!!! Not to mention the flawless operation of these applications and the ability to add more features as we begin to understand all of what Ruby Shore can do for our specialized construction business.
