Wezom is an enterprise software development company with more than 275 specialists. We brought RGray in for startup marketing and growth marketing for a FinTech SaaS platform we had built for a client, an early stage startup with a finished product and almost no market presence. RGray started with their startup marketing foundation: market and competitor research, positioning and messaging, and a growth strategy built on three prioritized hypotheses, each with its own funnel and success metrics. They then implemented the channels: SEO, GEO for visibility inside AI search and AI assistants, PR and digital media, and paid user acquisition to test the funnels fast. Analytics and attribution were in place from the start.They also built AI into the daily marketing work: a custom multi agent system using Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini for research, content production and localization, handed over with workflows, prompts and checklists. Two of the three hypotheses proved out, so we elaborated those two and their funnels. CAC started at $31 and fell to $16 by the end of the test campaign, below the industry average. The campaign brought around 2,500 activated users, which boosted revenue and gave us real data for funnel, user and product analysis. The client finished with a working acquisition system and the documentation to run it, not a set of campaigns. Project management was on time and on budget: weekly calls, a shared board with owners and deadlines, monthly reporting against the strategy metrics, same day answers. When our client's roadmap moved, they resequenced the plan in days. Most impressive: they think like product owners, not like a service agency, and they challenged our ICP and pricing assumptions correctly. One improvement: the early reports were denser than we needed, and they added an executive summary once we asked.

Woody and Mo are amazing, the work was done super fast, they immediately understood the task and worked on it on their own. The project was greatly done and the revisions were done without hesitation or asking. Overall this was probably the smoothest experience we had with Agencies ever... Normally theres always something that doesnt fit, but this time, i actually was 100% happy, which is kinda hard ^^. All jokes aside, i would always recommend Woody and Mo to anyone that needs their services, they can do much more than "just" build a website. 10/10, if I or we ever need something again, we wont hesitate to message them.

They helped us to learn the ins and outs of what a high quality website includes, how to run one, and this was all done at a very affordable price that beat out any others out there. Our website is a first-rate website that was priced at what other website designers charge for their Walmart quality websites. The designers who worked with us were very friendly, patient with teaching us when we didn't know things, and got everything set up in a very timely manner. I would love to work with this group again if I ever got the chance.
