The team filmed a busy event, with a number of representatives to interview and a lot of moving parts to capture throughout the morning, which was executed efficiently and professionally. We have been working with Hydra Creative for the last few weeks on our new website. Having completed the video interviews and photography side of the project they certainly helped to put our team at Curtain Studio at ease and made them feel relaxed with the whole process, they were also incredibly professional and respectful when carrying out the photo shoot in our clients homes. Unfortunately, my interactions with Farhad at Accuracast have been far from pleasant. Despite working on multiple projects together, the experience has consistently fallen short of expectations. Farhad's attempts to simplify complex procedures were ineffective, leaving me even more confused and frustrated, especially given my limited tech knowledge. It appears that he and the team lack genuine concern for delivering optimal solutions tailored to business needs. Overall, my encounters with Farhad and Accuracast have been disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experiences.

Farhad and Luke guided us patiently and efficiently through the process of devising our social media campaign (in the rather compressed timeframe we had given them to do so), and then smoothly project managed the implementation stage.
