We worked with Kryos to create a custom piece of software that would be ultimately stacked on an existing piece of software we use in our organization.Nate, Jon, and Chris were amazing in the negotiation phase and made us feel like they were investing in being partners with us in our project.Nick, Zach, and Luis were indispensable during the dev/testing phase. They did an excelling job of executing our vision while also challenging us when we needed to be.So far, we are in the early phases of launch but early feelings point towards our new program being a MAJOR revenue segment for our business and the Kyros software was a linchpin in that strategy.Will totally use Kryos again if the need arises.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
