At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. In less than 3 weeks, Dos Mundos Creative stepped up and accomplished that. In our first meetings, they listened to and understood our needs. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. All this accomplished in a matter of weeks! in the 8 months since then, we have had two minor issues of our own making pop up with the website. In both cases, Dos Mundos responded quickly and fixed the issue. We recommend Dos Mundos to anyone looking for a responsive and capable team to provide an up-to-date website with excellent graphics that appeals to the eye and tells your story well.

I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING).They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They take my crazy ideas and flow and turn it into something that is very easy to understand.Dos Mundos Creative is more than just a branding, website design/building agency... they are the real deal and the full package and make you feel just as important as a client with a huge budget. If you really take accessibility seriously, you'll probably be disappointed with this agency. To me, it seems more like a paid stamp than a real push for true accessibility.Equalize Digital regularly publishes accessibility reviews of WordPress products, which could be a useful guide in principle. In my view, the problem is that such posts are not updated even when significant improvements to the products have been pointed out several times. This gives me the impression that outdated information is being deliberately used to continue advertising their own services. Consequently, the apparent need to commission Equalize Digital for support evaporates when you consult other experts who base their arguments on current information.As a person with a disability who is affected by barriers, I find this particularly problematic. It gives me the feeling that Equalize Digital is less concerned with actual accessibility and more with winning new customers. For me personally, this is a reason to keep away from such a company.

Top-notch company to work with. We are making a push to improve the accessibility of our website WingSwept.com and this tools has been a life saver: the automated fixes streamlined many of the big errors. Also when we discovered some conflicts with other website plugins, their dev team quickly provided a solution since they have experience working with tons of website builder platforms and plugins. Any time I ask a question I get an immediate email reply, and have even hopped on a couple last minute calls to share my screen and get further help from their dev team. One last point of praise is how actively they maintain the plugin. We had an issue with a global fix based on the WordPress theme using slightly different code than others and they immediately created a patch to fix the issue. Can't recommend them enough!
